  • Track incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy & proper submittals

LOGISTICS & STAFFING MANAGEMENT

  • Hire, train, and staff multiple departments on-site including but not limited to box office & ticketing, guest services, artist relations, merchandise, food & retail vendor coordinators, sponsorship coordinators

  • Create staff guides and plans to make sure information is properly distributed and communicated

  • Create, organize and communicate emergency evacuation and severe weather storm plans
